Protecting Children from Online Sexual Exploitation

"Key Campaign Issue"

Donna Rice Hughes Available to Discuss Debate

WASHINGTON, DC -- In the first of several Presidential debates, Internet Safety Advocate Donna Rice Hughes, President of Enough is Enough, urges the Presidential candidates to remember their commitment to protect children from online sexual exploitation. Both Presidential candidates have expressed their support for The Children's Internet Safety Presidential Pledge. "For the first time in history, making America safe also includes making the Internet safer for children and families.  It is critical that America's next Commander in Chief take the lead in fighting the war to keep our children safe online from predators, pornographers and traffickers, who are knowingly breaking the law. By taking a stand during the debate, the candidates will show true leadership and commitment to uphold the rule of law as demonstrated by supporting the Children's Internet Safety Presidential Pledge" says Hughes. "It is also my personal hope and prayer that each nominee as well as the moderator will stay on the high road during tonight's debate. The high road always wins!" concluded Mrs. Hughes.
