12th National Conference on Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Prevention

Enough is EnoughSM (EIE) Executive Director Alan Fischer will guide participants through the Internet dangers confronting children including pornography, sexual predators, and cyberbullies, as well as  keeping kids safe on the web,  social networking sites, gaming sites, and mobile devices using EIE’s  Internet Safety 101®SM multi-media curriculum. Developed in partnership with OJJDP, the curriculum educates, equips and empowers parents, educators, law enforcement and other caring adults, and contains poignant stories and advice from industry leaders, psychologists, law enforcement, parents, kids, survivors, and a convicted sex offender.

Participants will also be trained in how to utilize the Internet Safety 101®SM program in their communities to prevent Internet-initiated crime against youth. Workshop participants will receive a complimentary copy of the 101 curriculum (4 part DVD series, workbook and other resources). Workshop participants will learn how they can increase community education on Internet safety even in a tight budget environment.  This curriculum can be used by organizations with no Internet safety expertise and no previous experience training community members.  It can be used as a plug and play or tailored, with or without a facilitator, small and large audiences.
