Every day we receive phone calls, letters and e-mails asking for help. We hear from distraught parents, caregivers and outraged citizens from all walks of life who want to protect children from the online dangers they should never face. Many who contact us thank us again and again for "being there" for them in their time of need. Additionally, the media, the technology industry and congress seek our council and assistance on Internet safety issues confronting our nation.
