Announcing EIE's Online Gaming Safety Settings Guide!

June is Internet Safety Month!

This June, in honor of Internet Safety Month, we're launching a weekly guide to help protect children and families from online threats. These navigable guides are a "one-stop-shop" for privacy and safety settings found on various digital devices. We've done the work so you don't have to! Join us in empowering your loved ones with vital tools and insights for a safer digital experience all month long!

This week, we're excited to announce the official release of our new Online Gaming Safety Settings Guide!

This guide equips parents and caregivers with critical safety and privacy settings for the most popular gaming platforms used by youth, along with links to platform support pages and tutorials describing how to implement these settings.

The table is divided into three sections: policies enforced by the technology company, parental account options which a parent can enforce, and minor account settings a child can use. Where an option is available, there is a “learn how” link to a documentation page with instructions on how to use the safety setting.
