Pornhub Exposed!

"Its site is infested with rape videos. It monetizes child rapes, revenge pornography, spy cam videos of women showering, racist and misogynist content..." said New York Times columnist Nicholas Kristof in his investigative expose: "The Children of Pornhub" (Dec. 4, 2020).

The truth finally being exposed, bit by bit.

Enough Is Enough® (EIE) has been working tirelessly to put an end to this most vile, illegal and inhumane content, urging the Department of Justice (DOJ) to aggressively enforce the existing federal laws that prevent the sexual exploitation of children, per EIE's Children's Internet Safety Presidential Pledge

Pornhub is liable for a trifecta of obscenity, sex trafficking and child sex abuse material (CSAM) violations, and must be prosecuted for all the U.S. laws it is knowingly breaking.

Your support undergirds our efforts to ensure that your voice and outrage, along with ours, is being heard loud and clear by top officials at DOJ and the White House.

EIE’s Children’s Internet Safety Presidential Pledge has served as a lynchpin in sparking an outcry to enforce obscenity laws including letters to Attorney General Barr by multiple members of Congress referencing the Pledge, as well as subsequent petitions to shut down Pornhub.

To date, more than 2M have signed a petition to shut down Pornhub on CSAM and sex trafficking violations, which speaks volumes. EIE supports and applauds this movement; however, it is our belief that trying to end sex trafficking and CSAM without enforcing the existing federal obscenity (hard-core pornography) laws is like trying to end water pollution without prosecuting businesses from dumping toxic wastes into the water supply.

Obscenity, the primary type of pornography hosted on Pornhub, fuels sexual exploitation, leading to a never-ending cycle of abuse (see below graphic). It is illegal to produce and distribute and has NO PROTECTION under the 1st Amendment.

The time is now. We must not let this blatant disregard for human dignity and safety continue. We need your financial support to battle against multi-billion dollar criminal enterprises like Pornhub who know no limits.

We truly hope you will stand with us for the sake of children here in the U.S. and worldwide.

The cycle of abuse is driven by the consumer's appetite for more extreme and deviant types of content, which fuels the desire to act out those fantasies on innocent children and vulnerable women, driving the demand for these victims to be sold commercially for sex. In turn, trafficked victims are further abused when the sex crimes against them are turned into pictures and videos, continuing the cycle.
