  • University of Oklahoma study of married couples who watched porn revealed:
    • married couples who watched porn increased their risk of divorce by nearly 200 percent — more than doubling their chances of heading to divorce court.
    • 33 percent of women watch pornographic videos or view explicit photos at least one time per week.
    •  Couples who might have only had a 3 percent chance of getting divorced and described themselves as very happy in their marriage during their initial interview surged to a 12 percent chance of getting divorced by the time the follow-up survey occurred, if they were porn-watchers.
    • Wives who quit watching porn experience a 6 percent decrease in divorce probability. Those wives who continued to watch porn experience a higher divorce risk rate of 18 percent. Oddly, husbands who ceased to watch porn did not experience an effect upon their divorce rate risk.
